Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 24, 2026

This notice explains, at a high level, how Daenem Farms handles information used to operate and protect the Employee Portal. Access to the portal is intended for internal farm staff and approved administrators.

Information Used By The Portal

The portal may process account details, contact information, work profile data, attendance and time records, operational entries, messages, files, device information, location or timezone settings, and security or audit events needed to provide assigned functions.

Why Information Is Used

Information is used to authenticate users, apply role and permission decisions, support farm operations, record approvals, provide notifications, maintain offline synchronization, troubleshoot issues, protect the service, and meet internal accountability requirements.

Access And Sharing

Portal records are limited by business need, role assignment, user-level overrides, and owner or administrator controls. Daenem Farms does not make internal records public through the employee portal. Service providers may process limited information only when needed to deliver configured infrastructure, communication, security, or support services.

Retention And Security

Records may be retained for operational, financial, employment, safety, legal, and audit purposes. Daenem Farms uses access controls, secure connections, audit logging, backups, and recovery procedures to protect portal information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Responsibilities

Use accurate information, protect your credentials and device, report suspected misuse, and contact the owner or administrator if you need a correction, access review, or privacy question answered.
